The EncounterManager scheduler is a perfect solution for practices that outsource their billing. The system enables you to take advantage of the integration with Microsoft Word, ChartingPlus and ReminderPro. Send recall notices, mailouts, and more just like other EncounterManager users. Fox Meadows will build you a superbill at no additional cost. If you are outsourcing your billing or are currently using an alternative scheduling system, we can work with that vendor to convert your demographics. Schedulers can make sure referrals are valid because of Encounter Manager's referral tracking system. This can also default the duration of the appointment, and limit how many can be booked concurrently or daily.
