Software Training and Support Specialist

Our Software Training and Support Specialist will spend his or her day training our clients on using our software. This will involve teaching the features and functionality of our software to medical professionals with skills ranging from the very basic to the very advanced. Training is conducted in both classroom and one-on-one settings, and is held both at our offices in Columbia and at locations around the country. Approximately 50% of time is spent traveling.

Candidates should possess two to five years experience in software training and support, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with little or no supervision. An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
