  • Physician Referral Letters - Medinotes e automatically generates referral letters based on your charting note. What used to be a struggle is now so simple that your letters will always get out on time.
  • Patient Instructions- Before the patient leaves the office; you can print specific care instructions for their medical condition. These instructions are excellent reminders that your patient must follow their prescribed care. Medinotes e permanently records that they were given instruction for care.
  • Prescriptions - Medinotes e allows you to generate prescriptions right from the program, and store a copy in the patient's folder for future reference. Once in the system, refills are simple - just click the refill icon. Prescriptions can be faxed directly from the program to the pharmacy. Prescriptions can also be printed on a ¼ sheet of paper.
